You have high quality standards with regard to work. Next to that you are experienced in planning and have the ability to set priorities.

  • Bachelor degree in Supply chain or Business Administration and 1 year of experience in supply chain;
  • Aassociate degree (MBO) and minimum 4 year’s relevant working experience in a similar position in supply chain management;
  • Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication, Fluency in Dutch is preferred;
  • Preferred Requirements: Experience in MS Office applications, experience in Digitization, experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP;
  • Typically relevant working experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry;
  • Experience in project management techniques;
  • Advanced experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel);
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication, Fluency in Dutch, both in oral and written communication is preferred

As the Associate Clinical Supply Chain you are responsible for overseeing the clinical study setup process within a supply chain that adheres to GMP, GDocP, and GDP regulations. In this role, you assist project managers in the clinical supply chain to ensure the timely, efficient, and effective development and establishment of global clinical supply chains for their designated clinical programs.

  • Initiate clinical label material requests;
  • Requesting Finished Drug Product Materials and enssurs timely availability to adhere to overall project timelines;
  • Coordinate and prioritize artwork creation process via initiation and routing of clinical artwork creation request forms, facilitating discussions to resolve issues and following up on outstanding queries
