Supply Chain Manager Accountabilities Contributes to the completion of key milestones associated with Customer Care in the Order To Invoice process for Commercial Supply Chain Region Europe to ensure optimal internal and external Customer satisfaction in line with our policies and procedure Acts as Business Process Owner of CS processes and provides training to team on these Business Processes Supports and advises management on continuous improvement areas. Represents EU CS in specific projects as end user and contributes to the completion of key milestones of these projects Responsibilities Order management Establishes and maintains a detailed workload planning for the teams Attends and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes in relation to the CX journey Initiates and executes improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of CS performance Reporting, analysis and support Creates and runs reports to support Customer Service Department Prepares monthly KPI reports and advises on issues to be elevated Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills to advise on CS processes, problems and improvements of diverse scope Project management Contributes as project team member for overall CS related projects. Initiates and manages internal CS continuous improvement projects. Others Ensures knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date Act as the back up for other Sr. associates roles in the team Authority Works under general direction Recognizes and escalates problemsWork is guided by department objectives or assignment; may Initiate, participate & lead projects that lead to improvements of our Supply Chain performance Owning and generation of operational SOPs and Work Instructions and deliver training courses. Participates in internal and external audits as needed Outputs Delivers according to daily workload plan. Delivers solid reports and analytics Applies CS EU BPO/SME knowledge in CS related projects and implementation of new process or process changes. Delivers system support and provides training to CS associates Conveys pro-active solutions to problems and timely escalation if needed Qualifications The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent. Minimum Requirements MBO 4/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain management s and economics Typically 3 or more years experience in preferably the pharmaceutical industry, analytical environment and process development Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication Advanced use of MS Office and ERP system Able to work in environment of self-leadership and prioritize of workload within defined timelines.
